Crispy and Baked Bangus Back Fillet Recipe

Ingredients
·         cooking oil for frying
·         1 pack of 500 gr bangus milkfish back fillet
·         1 cup of all purpose flour
·         Chili sauce
·         Pepper and salt for flavor
·         dried basil
·         Plum Sauce
·         1 to 2 eggs (beaten)
·         1 to 1/2 cups of breadcrumbs
·         dried oregano
Instructions:
1.      Thawing bangus milkfish back fillets and cut into sticks or fingers. If you purchase fillets with the skin still on, then you can include the skin if desired, however you can also remove it.
2.      Marinate the fillets with pepper and salt for few minutes to make sure that the seasonings absorbed by the fish perfectly.
3.      Dredge the milkfish bangus fingers in all purpose flour and then dip them completely in beaten egg. And cover the fish fingers with the breadcrumbs which have been seasoned with dried oregano and basil.
4.      Pre heat the frying pan and add the oil. When the oil is heated, fry the fish finger until they are cooked or turns into golden brown.
5.      After they are cooked, remove them from the frying pan and place on paper towel to filter exceed oil.

-          For marinade seasonings:

·         1 tbsp of ginger powder or grated ginger
·         3 tbsp of brown sugar
·         1 tbsp of grind black pepper
·         2 tbsp of olive oil
·         3 cloves garlic (minced)
·         1 tsp of rosemary
Instructions:
1.      Prepare a bowl and make a mixture of all the marinade ingredients above.
2.      Soak the fish and marinate them for a half an hour or 30 minutes, store in the refrigerator overnight.
3.      Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
4.      Prepare a non-stick pan, grease or rub with the olive oil then and put the milk fish fillets with the skin stick to the pan.
5.      Bake the fillets over until they are cooked or for around 15 to 20 minutes and until the fillet fish flakes with pressure from fork.
6.      Brush the fillets with the remaining marinate seasonings during the bake.
7.      When it is done, remove the fillets from the oven and place on the serving plate. Serve the fish with hot and steamed vegetables. Enjoy them with all of your families or friends.
